How your information is handled when you contact me through this website.

When you send an enquiry I collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number (optional), your tattoo idea and preferences, any reference images you upload, and your general availability.
Only to respond to your enquiry, plan and price your tattoo, and schedule your appointment. I don't sell your data or use it for advertising to third parties.
The enquiry form is provided by Tally; submissions are processed through my own systems and stored securely. Email is handled via Google Workspace, and appointments and deposits via Square. These providers process your data only to deliver the service.
Images you upload are used to understand and design your tattoo. I may keep photos of finished work as part of my portfolio — never with your personal details attached. Tell me if you'd prefer your piece not be shared.
Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and administrative requirements, then removed.
You can ask me what information I hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion at any time.
